Lusso Diamonds offers fine jewellery crafted in 18KT gold, set with diamonds and precious gemstones. Our collection includes both ready-stock items and made-to-order pieces.
We also offer personalised and custom-made jewellery.

Handcrafted Nature

All our jewellery is handmade. Minor variations in finish, sizing, or appearance may occur and are considered normal characteristics of artisan craftsmanship.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the Website are inclusive of VAT.

Accepted Payments

We accept all payment methods supported by WixStores.
We do not offer financing or installment plans.

Pricing Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. In case of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order after notifying the customer.

We ship internationally using Malca Amit, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Delivery Times

Made-to-order items: up to 2 months

7. Warranty
Coverage

Lusso Diamonds offers a lifetime warranty against fabrication and manufacturing defects. This includes stones that fall out due to faulty settings, missing prongs, or improper workmanship.

Not Covered

Damage caused by impact, mishandling, or accidents

Normal wear and tear

Changes due to improper cleaning or chemical exposure

Loss of stones resulting from external damage

Rhodium plating wear (white gold naturally reveals a warmer hue over time; re-plating is available at a discounted rate)

8. Product Variations & Disclaimers
Material Variations

Variations in gemstone colour, clarity, or appearance may occur naturally.

White gold jewellery is rhodium plated; rhodium may wear off over time, revealing the natural gold tone underneath. This is normal and can be refinished upon request.

Sizing Tolerances

Minor differences in size are possible due to the handmade nature of our jewellery.

9. Intellectual Property

The Website, including text, designs, logos, and proprietary images, is owned by Lusso Diamonds and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Some non-proprietary images sourced from free-use resources remain subject to their original licenses and may not be reused for commercial purposes without proper authorization.

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Lusso Diamonds’ liability is limited to the purchase value of the item.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
